The challenge was to discover new market paths for biological drugs. We built a custom game called War Game, which provided valuable insights to an internal team of experts by offering a comprehensive view of external opportunities and challenges from the perspective of all key stakeholders in the industry. A team with 24 experts was involved in an eight-hour training. This war game concentrates on specific issues and competitors of the biological drug industry, enabling participants to delve deeply into the core challenges, evaluate various options, and craft practical solutions for potential obstacles. In the end, several strategies were developed.
