We aimed to integrate the middle managers' team and develop some competencies. Thirty-eight managers from various functional areas took part in the training, which lasted 16 hours and spanned eight quarters. During the training, participants assumed different roles from their real positions, allowing them to gain insight from different perspectives. We discussed the impact of relationships on decision-making at the end of the simulations. This allowed the participants to analyze the importance of integration and engagement between operational areas. Overall, the team was able to establish some key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve management skills.
